Qualified staff and ongoing training

All of our security guards in Ibiza hold official certifications issued by the Central Private Security Unit, obtained through examinations supervised by the National Police.

At Balearic Security, we believe that ongoing training is essential to providing the highest quality private security services. That is why we have developed an annual plan for ongoing training and professional development for all our staff, ensuring we stay up to date with the industry’s evolving needs.

As part of our commitment to safety and prevention, we have implemented specific training on the use of AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators), thereby strengthening our ability to respond to emergencies.
